We are getting close to selling out our Host Hotel.  If you call to make reservations and the hotel is sold out, we have an alternative hotel available. Please see below under Secondary Hotel for reservation information.  They will provide a free shuttle to the host hotel for your convenience.

The Chicago 2018 Gathering will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Chicago O'Hare in Rosemont, Illinois.  The cost is $119.00 per night plus taxes which includes free internet.  Parking is $15 per day with in and out privileges.  The room rate is good for a few days after the gathering.  Please see the hotel reservation website for details.  The hotel is now ready to start taking reservations.  Click here to make your reservation at the hotel.

 

 

The hotel offers free shuttle service from O'Hare International Airport.  For domestic flights the shuttle runs every 1/2 hour, for international flights call the hotel and they will send a shuttle.
