NOTE: If you are printing the form and filling it in by hand, please remember to add in your $1.00 membership fee to your total. For example: the cost of the value package is $195.00, plus the $1.00 membership fee, so the total would be $196.00 per person. This is not an issue if you use the interactive form. The membership fee is automatically added in when figuring the final cost.

This year there are 2 different ways that you may pay for your registration:
1. By check - fill out the form, print it and send it with your check made out to "Chicago Gathering" to Michelle Eckerle at the address listed on the form.
2. By PayPal - fill out the form, send it or email it to Michelle Eckerle using the contact information on the form and pay using PayPal by "Send Funds to Family and Friends" and using the email address: villagecollector201@gmail.com. Please include your name in the Comments Section. A fee may apply.

Please complete one registration form for each person attending the gathering.

This package includes
- Admission to all Friday and Saturday Seminar sessions and the Warehouse
- Saturday night banquet and Auction (see menu below)
- Sunday morning Farewell breakfast
One Day Registration (per person) is $45.00
The One Day Registration to the Gathering will include admission to all of the seminar sessions and marketplace during the day of your choice (Friday or Saturday).
Saturday Night Banquet Dinner and Auction (per person) is $79.00
You will have your choice of beef, chicken, fish or vegetarian, (see menu below). Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
