Event Piece

There will be a special event piece for the Chicago 2018 Gathering. This piece will be available to those who are attending the Gathering. You must pick up your piece(s) at the Gathering.

See the side panel to click on the link to open and print your order form. Please send the form along with your payment, made out to the CHICAGO GATHERING to the address listed.

If after the Gathering there are still pieces left, we will sell them to others. However, the quantity of the pieces is limited so there are no guarantees that they will still be available after the Gathering.

(If you can open the order form, but cannot print it because you do not have a printer icon on the toolbar, there is an easy fix for it. Right click on the toolbar, click on "More Tools", in the popup window scroll down to "File Toolbar" and put a check mark in the box by "Printer". This should then add a printer icon on your toolbar, so then you can print the form.)
